G-Able’s policy offers flexible working hours. Personnel can opt to work from home or from anywhere.

Sim Card & Internet Package for Business Use

To facilitate our work-from-home policy, each employee receives a SIM card which includes a plan of 1,000-minute calls and 50GB mobile internet. Broadband internet discounts are also offered to make you work from home with ease.

Family Care Leave

G-Able cares deeply for our personnel. We do not want you to be overburdened when family members are unwell. Family care leave is offered so you can focus on taking care of your immediate families.

Birthday Leave

As our birthday gift to every employee, you can take 1 day off on your birthday or any day during your birth month.

Provident fund is a voluntary joint investment by the employer and each employee to serve as a long-term saving that will support the employee’s retirement. It consists of ‘employer’s contribution’ and ‘employee’s contribution’.
