· Bachelors or Master Degree in MIS, or other related field · At least 3 years experience in the field of business analysis or consultant firms · Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills · Enthusiasm and positive attitude · Service-oriented with a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently · Ability to manage multiple initiatives with little supervision · Oral and written English capability preferred · Knowledge of credit will be an added advantage

- Gather requirements, presenting a summary of business processes to customers in order to obtain accurate information to be used in the preparation / development of the system - Prepare business requirements documents (Business Process) of customers to be a document confirming the business needs of customers and team members. - Coordinate and provide business consulting with the team in order to have a match in the preparation / development of the system to meet the needs of customers. - Prepare Scenario Test Case with the team to be consistent with the customer's business needs to achieve consistency in work systems and customer needs. - Coordinate in testing the work system so that customers can understand and check for system testing.
