Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in BA, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager in the IT Sales industry, with a focus on partnership management.
- Familiarity with well-known software solutions in areas enterprise software.
- In-depth understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
- Strong in Marketing Planning, Strategy, and Analysis for IT Enterprise products.
- Proficiency in English communication skill.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize potential partners based on market trends, business objectives, and product strategy aligned with company goals.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns online/offline such as customer visits, co-events, co-marketing, or meetings to create awareness and generate interest with partners.
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners such as SI company and B2B, ensuring smooth integration with our products and services.
- Coordinate with vendors/partners price negotiations, and resolution of various issues.
- Plan and drive sales figures of accounts under responsibility to achieve or exceed the target.
- Forecast and allocate resources for upcoming campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners for mutual success.
